New stats: HLstatsX

A new, more advanced stats system has been launched. The new stats don't load the server as much, have lots of new features compared to the old ones and are easier to administer. For now the stats are shared by all servers; later each server will get its own stats.

The new stats are available at the same address as before - https://stats.hldm.org

New features compared to the old stats:
- new awards;
- stats are updated continuously;
- ranks (titles);
- you can embed data from the stats on any forum on the internet;
- new data;
- headshot stats;
- calculation of accuracy and other parameters;
