A patch that adds Russian to the chat: GoldSRC Unicode patch (v0.2)
With it you can write in Russian in the chat on Half-Life servers.

To switch between ENG and RUS, press TAB while typing a message

Installation:

Copy the contents of the archive to the game's root folder, replacing the existing files.
We recommend backing up the files first.

Attention!
If for some reason Russian text sometimes doesn't get sent to the chat, put a period or any other character (a comma, a question mark...) at the end of the sentence

A newer and handier version of the Russian chat + improvements for Half-Life
